Refund Policy

Change of mind returns

All products sold within Australia come with a 30 day return policy. To return the product, the customer would have to pay the shipping return fee. The item must: 

  • not be used 
  • not be tampered with
  • be packaged in its original packaging
  • be in the same condition as you received it.

If this is not the case, a full refund may not be given if it is not in its original packaging. 

Damaged Goods 

If your item is damaged upon arrival, you may request a full refund for the item and return it OR keep the item in its state and receive a partial refund. 

Missing Items 

If your order is missing something, feel free to let us know through our email address. You will be able to either receive a refund for the missing item, or request that the missing part be sent out to you if it is still readily available. 

Cancellation of orders

Orders can only be cancelled prior to being despatched. If your item has already been despatched you will not be able to cancel your order. Please note that if you do choose to cancel your order, you must re-order it if you ever wish to purchase it again.
